At the time, I felt as if there was too much “stuff” in my life – both physically and mentally – so I took a drastic action which ultimately, led to this book and a major positive shift within my own personal control, growth and development.

This book is extra-special to me because of the journey that accompanied its creation and subsequent publication. As I state within the books introduction, I wrote it to help improve myself and my life but in publishing it, perhaps it will also help other people too.
